Women10x differs from other initiatives in two fundamental ways:
The first global, women-focused digital ecosystem of its kind, housing a network of partner companies, industry associations and women’s organizations who, via the Women10x LIFT digital platform, share knowledge, ideas, resources, and best practices.
Women10x is transforming workplace cultures, challenging systemic barriers and systems that hinder women’s progress.
Women10x initiatives are governed by coalitions of not-for-profit partners who share a mission to radically accelerate the participation and impact of women in the workplace.
The coalition formed for the Energy Sector – Women10x Energy - comprises WPC Energy, iSAW (International Strategic Accelerator for Women) and LEWAS (Leadership Excellence Awards and Symposium)
