At the core of Women10x is a recognition that digital and AI technology can create transformative change at pace and at scale. Such a ‘10x’ or 10 times change is needed to achieve fairer and more equitable workplaces where women, and men, can thrive.
This is enhanced by futurist modeling techniques – scenario planning and signal scanning – and deep research by internationally renowned academic institutions.
Our Initiatives
Our first initiative of Women10x is focused on the Energy sector – Women10x Energy – and uses our systemic approach to help solve the sector’s talent shortage and the unlock the potential of women in the workplace.
